NEEDS ANALYSIS
Preliminary assessment of the specific demands and unique characteristics of the sport and/or goal being prepared for. This includes: The biomechanical characteristics of the movement(s) involved; the physiological demands; normative data; and the reported injury epidemiology

ONLINE COACHING
Coaching will be provided throughout the programme using a variety of distanced and online methods (phone-call, instant messaging, video messaging etc). This can be completely customised to suit the needs/preferences of the athlete(s) to ensure top performance is maintained

TESTING AND SCREENING
This enables us to identify current physical capabilities of the athlete(s) and also provides us with a monitoring tool from which the effectiveness of subsequent training interventions can be analysed. Testing is then re-administered at the end of the training phase to assess progress and/or make subsequent alterations to the periodised plan

ATHLETE MONITORING
Monitoring the training loads associated with
exercise is a vital step in ensuring that the actual training
stimulus being experienced by the athlete(s) is in accordance with the
aims of their current training phase of their periodised training plan

PROGRAMME DESIGN
The purposeful sequencing of different training units to attain the desired results. This encompasses both academic elements (generalised biological concepts, physiological background, theory of training) and practically oriented subjects (alternative coaching concepts, implementation of training blocks)

NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT
Throughout the programme, additional nutritional support will be provided. This will include advice around general nutritional consumption and/or specific supplementation. This will help support the specific training aims of the athletes(s) to ensure best results are achieved
